Kay [\ˈkī\\]: - from a Greek word meaning rejoice” Mayan language translates it as "fish"
We want to make a difference and we mean it!
That is another reason why I put my name on it!
Kay was born and grew up in Berlin, Germany and is now living in Playa del Carmen since 2012. The moment he moved here to live together with his beloved wife and their two sons he fell in love with the Riviera Maya. It is his passion to share it with others.
He has worked for some of the biggest tour operators in this area and noticed their concept is not the most satisfying for the guest.
That's why he started KayTours, an independent Personal Tour Company, where we customize our guests tour experience.

Claire
After taking a life changing decision, Claire started to travel and discovered her passion for the sea. She became a diving instructor in Asia and then came to Mexico where she felt like home.
12 years later she is still passionate about the Mayan Riviera, its beauty, archeology and rich marine life.
Santiago
Grown up in Jesus María, Córdoba, Argentina and is living in Playa del Carmen since 2011. He loves the sea, travel, snowboarding and extreme sports. Photography is his passion.
Rose
Born and grown up in the south of Chile, came to Mexico for an underwater photo shooting and fell in love with the cenotes, the beauty and diversity of the Riviera Maya. She enjoys meeting constantly interesting people from different places and cultures and loves to help them having an unforgettable experience.
Born in Oaxaca, he studied pedagogy in the most multicultural state of Mexico. He worked as a professor of history Mexico City, Los Angeles California and Valladolid, Yucatan. Some years later he moved to Cancun and started his career as an archaeological guide.
